Riccardo Olocco is a self-taught graphic designer
who has been freelancing in Milan and around north Italy
since the late 1990s.
In 2008 he relocated to Bolzano/Bozen, a pretty small
town close to the Dolomite mountains, to focus on his
strong passion: type design (and not as his friends like
to say because his wife found a well-paid job there).
In Bozen/Bolzano ha started teaching typography
at the local university which he finds interesting
and rewarding. He is also engaged in in-depth
research into 15th century Venetian type desig.
